ROUTP 72 50th Anniversary REUNION – Winnipeg
The boys of ROUTP 72 (there were no girls back then) will be holding their 50th Anniversary reunion in Winnipeg, 18 to 20 August, 2022. Held every five years, this will be their seventh reunion. The first was held in Ottawa in 1992, followed by Vancouver/Victoria in 1997, Halifax in 2002, Calgary in 2007, Quebec City in 2012 and St. John’s, NL in 2017. Of the 40 cadets who graduated at the end of that first summer, usually about half show up (not always the same ones). Many bring their wives and in the past, their children when they were young.

UNTDA 75th Anniversary Reunion – St. John’s, NL
A brilliant memento of a sterling event, this booklet contains a list of attendees along with a wonderful reproduction of the 1943 Guide Book “designed to acquaint all Seagoing Officers and men with the Port of St. John’s” including an annotated 1932 map of St. John’s.
By Bob White (UNTD DISCOVERY 1960) – a delightful, detailed and illustrated diary of Bob’s experiences at the reunion and tour of the island.
A substantial message of greetings was sent to the attendees of the UNTDA 75th Anniversary Reunion in St John’s, NL, by RADM Jennifer Bennett.
The message has universal applicability to the entire NavRes Officer Cadet community.
This event has successfully concluded.
